📦 Shipping responsibility
All orders are shipped with tracking (Tipsa, UPS, GLS, Correos certified or others). Once the package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility lies with them.

If you want to insure your shipment, please indicate it in your order and we will inform you of the cost.

If a package arrives damaged, you must sign the delivery note as “Pending review for damaged packaging”, keep the packaging and take photos.

If no extra insurance is contracted, only shipping costs plus the carrier’s mandatory minimum coverage (usually based on weight) will be claimed.

🚚 Delivery times

  • Correos certified: estimated 3–5 business days (may vary).

  • EXPRESS courier: 24h Mainland / 48–72h Balearic Islands (from dispatch).

  • Times are counted from dispatch, not from the order date.

  • Large orders (+4000 stencils): 10–15 days processing time.

❄️ Jagua Gel

  • Shipped Monday to Thursday by courier express.

  • Not shipped on Fridays (summer), to avoid possible deterioration in hot warehouses.

  • We recommend EXPRESS shipping. If you choose Correos (post office)  in summer, shipping is at your own risk. Problems are rare, but if they occur, we take no responsibility.

🔄 Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of order or 7 days after receipt, if unused, in original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • No returns for Jagua gel or glitter gel (perishable or custom-made products).

  • If something arrives broken, send photos the same day to info@glittertattoospain.com or WhatsApp +34 623 996 807.

🚫 We do not refund orders returned due to customer absence. The post office and couriers will try 2 deliveries, and then will keep your parcel for 10 days before sending it back. 

If you don't go to get it in this case it will gent sent back and you can either :

  • Pay shipping again, or

  • Receive a voucher for the same amount (valid 6 months, except Jagua or glitter gel which will have to be thrown away.

📍 Free shipping

  • Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): free from €95.

  • Europe: free from €140 (UPS Standard, 4–5 days).

  • Canary Islands: Correos certified only (7–10 days). Orders under €90 not accepted.

💳 Payments

  • Bank transfers must be made within 3 working days.

  • After this period, if we do not receive payment or hear from you, the order will be cancelled.
