This website, www.glittertattoospain.com, is owned by Sandra Heath, operating under the trade name Glitter Tattoo Spain, with N.I.E. X0786747D, contact email info@glittertattoospain.com, and telephone +34 623 996 807.
Glitter Tattoo Spain operates exclusively online.
There is no physical shop or in-person customer service at the fiscal address.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.glittertattoospain.com, as well as purchases made through it.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms and confirms having read and understood them before confirming the purchase.
3. Products and availability
The products displayed on this website are described as accurately as possible.
Glitter Tattoo Spain reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw any product without prior notice.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be notified and offered the option to wait for restocking, choose an alternative, or request a refund.
4. Prices
All prices include applicable taxes (VAT or others) unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before confirming the order.
Prices may change at any time, but products will be invoiced according to the rates in effect when the order was placed.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once payment has been received.
If no payment is received within 3 business days, the order may be automatically cancelled.
6. Shipping and delivery
All orders are shipped with tracking via Correos, Tipsa, UPS, GLS, or other reliable carriers.
Estimated shipping times and details are provided in our Secure Payment and Delivery page.
Orders are usually prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, except for large or custom orders.
Shipments to the Canary Islands are made only by registered post (7–10 business days).
7. Returns and right of withdrawal
Customers have 14 calendar days from the purchase date, or 7 days from delivery, to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For hygiene and preservation reasons, returns are not accepted for Jagua Gel or glitter gels, as they are perishable or made to order.

8. Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility passes to the transport company.
Customers should inspect packages upon delivery and note “subject to inspection for possible damage” on the delivery note if the parcel appears damaged.
Glitter Tattoo Spain is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors (strikes, courier issues, absence of recipient, etc.), but we will always assist you in resolving any issue.
9. Intellectual property
All designs, texts, logos, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Glitter Tattoo Spain or their respective authors and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
10. Privacy and data protection
Personal data provided by customers are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data will never be shared with third parties except when required by law or for shipping management purposes.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In case of dispute, both parties expressly submit to the courts of Tarragona (Spain).
