🔒 Secure payment

  • We use an SSL certificate: your data is encrypted and secure.

  • Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank transfer and Bizum.

  • Bank transfers must be completed within 3 business days. Unpaid orders are cancelled on the 4th business day, unless you contact us for an extension.

  • Cash on delivery is not accepted: all orders must be paid before shipping.

🚚 Shipping within Spain (Mainland & Balearic Islands)

  • Free from €95.

  • Carriers: UPS, Seur, CTT, GLS, Correos Paq Premium or similar.

  • Delivery times: 24–48h Mainland / 48–72h Balearic Islands from dispatch.

  • Free shipping does not include insurance. If uninsured packages are lost, the risk is assumed by the customer.

🌍 Europe & Canary Islands

  • Free from €140.

  • Carriers: Correos Certified Mail, GLS, UPS, Seur.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days, depending on destination.

  • Orders under €140 → PayPal request for shipping cost.

📦 Order preparation

  • Orders received before 12:00 (noon) → usually shipped the next business day.

  • Orders after 12:00 → may take one extra day.

  • Jagua gel is not shipped on Fridays (requires refrigeration). Weekend orders are recommended.

⚠️ Important – Canary Islands

  1. Orders under €90 are not accepted (cancelled and refunded).

  2. Our system will automatically detect your address when you finish your order and will eliminate the 21% VAT. You need to add 109€ of products to your cart for it to reduce to 90€ when your shopping cart is validated.

  3. Cheapest option: Certified mail (7–10 days); no affordable urgent service available.

  4. Customs require DNI/NIF/NIE. Orders without it cannot be shipped.

  5. All orders include tracking. We don't send  ordinary mail.
